A note from Walt... It's true that we all want to have positive experiences and desirable results from any company we patronize. Whether it's a restaurant, auto care establishment or a cleaning service, etc, we all strive to find companies that consistently deliver products or services that meet and hopefully exceed our expectations. Once we find such a company the potential exists to develop a long term relationship.
