Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Clerk

Currently hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable Clerk. Monday - Friday with flexible days/hours, weekly commitment of 10 - 20 hours to begin.

This is a Temp to Perm part-time position which may lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable – customer jobs and payments

  • Update Google Calendar with appointments

  • Data entry to Microsoft Access and Word

  • Contact customers by e-mail, phone call and texts

  • Assist with answering inbound phone calls as needed

 

Requirements:

  • College degree in business or accounting preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience

  • Computer knowledge (Access, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Outlook)

  • Must submit to Drug Screen & Background check

  • Must be able to multi-task and be a quick learner

 

Compensation:

  • Hourly $11- $12 starting pay based upon experience.
