Walter Lee Gibson founded MAIDinNC in 1989 dedicated to providing honest, dependable service and exceptional value to homeowners throughout the community. By 1995, the company had expanded across multiple cities in the Triad, building its reputation on the principles of honesty, integrity, professionalism, comprehensive insurance coverage, and a strong customer satisfaction guarantee.

Walter remains committed to maintaining a culture of outstanding customer service and professionalism. Every team member is expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and work ethic, all of which are reinforced through thorough background screening and training.  Walter oversees daily operations, manages the cleaning staff, leads employee training to ensure clients receive the highest level of service. He also provides customer service and cleaning estimates. Gwen, his wife and a former U.S. Marine,  oversees marketing, website management, and bookkeeping, and supports office operations.
