Administrative Assistant / Salesperson Job Opening - Hiring Now

Seeking an experienced Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant/Salesperson to assist with day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

HOURS: 9 am – 6 pm Monday - Friday

Salary:  $12 - $14 per hour.

Abilities Required:

  • Ability to thrive in a technology-dependent office

  • Working knowledge of Windows 2010, Outlook, and Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Business software experience

  • Executive-level verbal and written communication

  • Pleasant telephone voice and excellent customer service skills

  • Working knowledge of multi-line telephone equipment

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Pass a pre-employment skills test

  • Background check required prior to offer

  • Drug and Alcohol testing required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct calls on a 4 line phone system

  • Take accurate messages

  • Form professional relationships and build confidence in customers and staff

  • Gather information by phone in order to provide accurate estimates

  • Prepare customer e-mails, letters, and forms

  • Update Google Calendar schedules as needed

  • Accurately file documents

  • Update customer information using Microsoft Access software

  • Create monthly appointment cards and calendar using Microsoft Access software

  • Other assignments as directed by owner and general manager
